The Gastonian provides an intimate and romantic elopement option in Savannah, one of the most romantic cities in America. To make your private wedding at The Gastonian as easy as possible, we've put together an all-inclusive Elopement Package. The entire event is coordinated for you, including the setting, the official, the floral arrangements, the cake, the toast, the accommodations, wedding-night turndown service and silver-tray breakfast service.
The Setting:
Choose our private garden courtyard or our elegant parlor as the background for your romantic wedding ceremony. The ceremony can be scheduled any time between noon and 2:30 in the afternoon, and on any day of the week that you prefer. The noon-2:30 ceremony time provides you with the most intimate and private time at the Inn, well after breakfast but before our afternoon tea.
The Officiant:
Services of a Justice of the Peace or Pastor for your ceremony
The Floral Arrangements:
A simple, yet stunning bridal bouquet created with a dozen roses in the color of your choice for the Bride, and a coordinating boutonniere for the Groom.
The Cake:
A delightful, petite eight-inch wedding cake. Available in a traditional style, but also in the couple's choice of chocolate or red-velvet, with vanilla, chocolate or cream cheese frosting.
The Toast:
We'll pop the cork on a chilled bottle of Moet & Chandon Champagne for your first toast together as husband and wife.
The Accommodations:
Two nights in one of our most romantic rooms. Or, you may select our fabulous Honeymoon Suite, The Caracalla. The Caracalla Suite is recognized as one of the most romantic guest rooms in Savannah, and is a first choice for wedding nights, anniversaries and romantic celebrations. The Turn-down Service:
The pampering continues with an extra-special, wedding-night, turn-down service. We'll soften the lights, gently straighten your suite and leave your linens covered in a "bed of roses." Chocolate-covered strawberries add a sweet ending to your perfect day.

Indulge a little more by selecting our delightful silver-tray breakfast service at The Gastonian. Or, if you prefer, we'll serve your made-to-order gourmet breakfasts in our dining room adjacent to the parlor.

Both the Bride and Groom will feel spoiled by our extra-special elopement turn-down service. We'll soften the lights, gently straighten your suite, and leave a lovely romantic floral arrangement in your room. The ambiance is made even more romantic by the addition of chocolate-covered strawberries and another bottle of champagne in your room on your wedding night.
The Breakfast:

Jones Street is one of the prettiest residential streets in Savannah, and The Eliza Thompson House is a perfect choice for a true Savannah-feel for your elopement. Simple, personal and elegant will be how you'll describe your private wedding here.
We'll take care of the details, including the setting, the officiant, the toast, the accommodations, wedding-night turndown service and breakfast. You just arrive, arrange your marriage license, and be prepared to be pampered in this elegant 1847 home on Jones Street.
The Setting:
Our parlor is a popular choice for ceremonies. The two of you and your officiant will likely select in front of the mahogany fireplace for an intimate ceremony. But there's also a lovely picture window over-looking our garden courtyard that makes a very nice backdrop for your wedding. It's our incredible Garden Courtyard, however, that usually is chosen by brides and grooms. No matter which location you select at the inn, you may have your ceremony any day of the week, excluding Saturday. Two nights in one of our most romantic rooms. Our most popular rooms are located in the Main House: The R. Bruce, The J. Stephen or the Lindsay Room are guest favorites. As our guests, you'll enjoy evening cordials and hors d'oeuvres and night time sweets. Call us with your elopement date, and we'll check our availability to ensure the best room in the house for you!
